Mentor Youth Lacrosse
Thank you for your interest in Mentor Youth Lacrosse. Mentor Youth Lacrosse is now registering players for the 2012 Indoor Winter Clinic and the 2013 Outdoor Spring League for the following age groups.
> 7th / 8th grade boys and girls
> 5th / 6th grade boys and girls
> 3rd / 4th grade boys and girls
You can sign up for the 2012 Indoor Winter Clinic, the 2013 Outdoor Spring League, or both.

> 2012 Indoor Winter Clinic - $50 - 10 sessions for 1 hr each @ Lost Nation Sports Park (Sunday nights only) - 2012 dates: 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, 12/2, 12/9, 12/16 - 2012 dates: 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27 - time periods: Boys 3rd & 4th graders are 7pm to 8pm Girls 3rd thru 8th graders are 7pm to 8pm. Boys 5th thru 8th graders will be 8:00pm - 9:00pm
> Both the 2013 Outdoor Spring League & 2012 Indoor Winter Clinic - $189.00 - Save $26 by registering for both now.
> A $2o late fee will be assessed on any registration after February 10, 2013.
>Multiple Child Discount
-The first child will be at full rate. Each additional child will receive a $65.00 discount.
